What Does This X-ray Report Mean?

Hi doc! Please help me understand my xray results.. My xray findings : right apical hazy densities are noted. Diaphragm is unremarkable. Rule out right upper lung infiltrate suggest apicolordotic and spot PA view of the right upper chest... Please i need your answer... Because im leaving this june to middle east for employment...
