What Does This X-ray Report Mean?

I have a bad cough that has been going on for a long time. I was recently to see my doctor. He did some xrays and the result was developing subtle bibasilar infilrates. It Subtle increased markings in the lung bases right greater than left are suggesting early infiltrate. Can you tell me what this means and if there s anything I should look out for? My cough is still bad and I m still getting the chills.
