Findings of a X-Ray Lumbosacral Spine - History low back pain - Findings The examination demonstrates degnerative changes of the lumbar spine w/narrowing of the disc spaces seen at almost all levels. Degenerative changes of the lower facet joints are also seen. A compression deformity is not appreciated. The bony pedicles are intact. The sacroiliac joints are patent. Calcification of the abdominal aorta is noted. Significant degenerative changes of the lumbar spine w/narrowing of the disc spaces are noted. Please explain in layman terms. Thank you.
