What Does This X-ray Result Of Eye Indicate?

I would like to get some new progressive lenses and I have two prescriptions that have not expired (I did my yearly exam early this year because I had some light flashes in one eye -- the condition was found to be benign). My May, 2014 Rx says: OD +3.25 -1.25 065 +2.50 (Dist VA OD 20/15); OS +3.25 -1.00 135 +250 (Dist VA OS 20/20). My January, 2015 Rx says: OD +2.75 -1.50 070 +2.50 (Dist VA OD 20/25); OS +2.50 +0.00 no axis# +2.50 (Dist VA OS 20/25).These Rxs seem pretty different. Which one should I have filled or do I need to check this out first.Thanks,Marti
