What Does This X-ray Result Of Lungs Indicate?

I just got my x-ray results back it states additional bronochopulmonary marking the lungs show increase in density with loss of bronchopulmary markings.This is accentuated by the breast shadows towards the base.suspicious of early central hilar prominence which may reflect vascular enlargement secondary to pulmonary changes.what does this mean
