What Does This X-ray Result Of Spine Indicate?

Hello,55 yo male. S1-L4 posterior lumbar fusion with hardware and bmp2 filler . Have recently 8 months, severe jolting pains in lower back, mostly left side. Had an xray and findings indicated possible loose screw(s). Doctor would not schedule mri, so I went to the er for severe pain, incontinence. Took an mri...and then an xray and concluded hardware intact. How do I get pc doctor to deal with this?Bone has grown over hardware, are they avoiding because of that. If they can t or won t operate. Should I just go to a specialist and go from there? Sorry, complicated mess. Thank you!
