What Does Tight Chest Post Angioplasty Suggest?

I have had 2 angioplasties (3 stents) LAD 96% blocked and then was told I had to have a triple bypass. Since the first angio, my chest has been tight and difficult to get a full satisfying breath. I have complained to every cardiologist and my family doctor and all seem to dismiss and attribute it to anxiety. I have consistently felt this way for 2.5 years and nothing helps including exercise. Any suggestions?
