What Does Tightness And Sharp Pain On Left Side Of Body Indicate?

Hello I am having tightness and sharp pain on my left side... Sometimes I feel it on my right. I went to hospital and they did X-ray and EKG everything wS fine also blood work . I now have tightness in my cheeks at the same time I also feel like I'm going to pass out when I start cleaning zplease help me I am worried.
