What Does Tightness Around Nipples While Having Cirrhosis Suggest?

I have non alcoholic fatty liver disease which has progressed to cirrhosis. I have had congestion and a dry cough for some months which has not been helped by ten days of antibiotics. I now have an irregular or infrequent pain or tightness around and above my right nipple. An ex Ray showed nothing. Any ideas? Thanks
