What Does Tingling Lips After Quitting Smoking Indicate?

Recently I've noticed that my lips tingle when I get up moving around or it gets really bad while and after I smoke a cigarette. I know I need to quit smoking, but could this be a sign of not getting enough oxygen, or something more serious? I'm only a 29 year old female, but kinda getting worried! Please help?
