What Does Tiredness And Coughing Up Of Green Phlegm Suggest?

I am coughing up green phlegm and feeling very tired. My voice is hoarse. I have had these symptoms for two weeks now. Nurse Practitioner at the Urgent Care, just by looking at my throat and not running any tests concluded that it was just a case of laryngitis. No antibiotics were prescribed. A week later, after drinking lots of teas with lemon and honey I am coughing even more mucus ( green ), and feeling increasingly tired.
