What Does Trace Fluid Near The Right Adnexa Mean, And Are My Ultrasound Measurements Normal?

Hello, i had an ultrasound and a endovaginal ultrasound done. in the findings are FINDINGS: UTERUS: 6.2 x 4.3 x 3.1 cm. No myometrial mass to suggest leiomyoma. ENDOMETRIUM: 0.7 cm . OVARIES: Right Ovary measures 6.4 x 3.6 x 3.4 cm. Left Ovary measures 6.3 x 5.0 x 2.6 cm. Arterial and venous flow bilaterally. OTHER FINDINGS: Trace fluid adjacent the right adnexa. IMPRESSION: Essentially normal pelvic ultrasound. what does trace fluid adjacent the right adnexa means ? should that be a concern ? and is my measurements normal ?
