What Does Ultrasound Report-follicular Cyst Both Ovaries Indicate?

i just recieved my ultrasound result and it say "SONOGRAPHICALLY NORMAL SIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS WITH MYOMA NODULE IN THE ANTERIOR WALL..> FOLLICULAR CYST BOTH OVARIES.. im so worried can you please explain to me further whta does it mean? Thanks in advance.
