What Does Ultrasound Report Which Shows Endometrium Measures 6 Mm In Thickness Indicate?

I had an ultra sound of the pelvic region and the findings are I have an anteverted and its in a midline position. Also the endometrium measures 6mm in thickness and is hyperechoic. also a 3.8 cm fibroid off the anterior uterine fundus. wanting to know what this means
