What Does Vagina Mucus With Blood Spot Means?

I just recently got off my period a week ago from today and yesterday an medium string of mucus came out of my vagina after i peed and then i wiped took a shower everything seemed fine. Till today i went a few minutes ago and it felt a cramp and i went to the bathroom and peed and all of a sudden i wipe an there is a little bit of blood, what may be the problem?
