What Does Vibrating Feeling In Lower Stomach Suggest?

Hi my name is Miroslaba and I am 34 years old. I feel this weird feelin in my lower stomach, like if I have my phone in my pocket of my scrubs of my uniform. I work in a hospital and I always keep my phone with me and I put it on vibrate. But I leave my phone in my locker and I have this feelig in my lower stomach like vibrating like my phone. Is been 3 days already and I don t like it at all. I want to know what is this? But I dont like it and is distracting me all day. I doesnt hurt and no pain at all, is just the feelin like vibration.
