What Does Visible Blue Veins Radiating From Shoulder To Nipple Indicate?

Hi. Within the last hour or so I have developed visable blue veins over my left breast from shoulder to nipple and over my right shoulder but not right chest area. I am not in pain although there is mild discomfort (this may be due to the pressure of my self examination... The discomfort, not the veins). Any advice or ideas as to what is happening and how I can make it better?
