What Does Vomiting And Bleeding With Positive Pregnancy Test Result Indicate?

Hello, I did a pregnancy test using Clearblue and the result said Pregnant(1-2weeks). 3 days later after having fits of vomiting and dysentery, my menses started again. I did the Clearblue test again and the result said not Pregnant; does this mean I have miscarried or does it mean I was never pregnant before?
