What Does Weightgain, Skin Breakouts With Abnormal Bleeding After Miscarriage Mean?

hey, i had a miscarriage about 5 months ago....which means i haven't had a period since may of 2010....well i got in a wreck about 2 months ago and spotted a lil then at the hospital we figured i was trying to start a period well then i have spotted like 3 times since then the first 2 was a really nasty dark blood then all of a sudden its now a nice fluffy pink color?????? i have been eatinf like an outragious amount of food and my boobs have all of a sudden grown and im breaking out bad can someone please help???? and im gaining all the weight at my lower stomach but being in the hospital 2 weeks someone would have known something can someone please help???
