What Does Weird Growth Sticking Out Of Vagina Indicate?

Hi. I have a weird and awkward question. But i have a weird growth thing sticking out of my vagina. I'm not really sure it's a growth, because i have had it before when i have sex alot, and it goes away after awhile. I'm guessing maybe it gets pulled to the outside when i'm having sex alot or something. It looks weird though, like a little worm sticking out, and when i pinch it, there is absolutely no feeling. Do you know what this is?
