What Does White Discharge While Using Garlic Mean?

hi doc, im having a white thick discharge which doesnt present any odour or itching, i have tried the garlic method and when i take it out it has the discharge all over it does this mean its working , normally when i dont use garlic i dont see the discharge, what does this mean
