What Does White Flakes In Urine Indicate?

This morning when I went to the bathroom I urinated and at the end of the stream it hurt the end of my penis a little. I looked into the bowl, and there were lots of white flakes. What is this? My urine was otherwise clear. I have no other pain, except I now feel like I need to urinate all the time.
