What Does White Milky Discharge Along With Back Pain?

Well I have two miscarriages a few months ago. I should have had my period yesterday still hasn t came I have back pain my sides have be hurting for a more then a weeks. I have white milky discharge been more tired just started getting sick today but I took a pregnancy test and it was negative what does all this mean??
