What Does White Patches After Hair Removal Indicate?

Hi,

I removed my hairs completely, i see white color patches in many areas.this problem is there from last yrs..on and off i took treatment, but not continuously.i was careless as well..i took ayurveda treatment..but sometimes due to cold, i could not continue the treatment.recently i removed all hairs and again same white patches are present..please advise
