What Does Yellowish Brown Skin Around Mouth Indicate?

my name is sandy i am a 27 year old female i am over weight but i dont think my weight has anything to do with my question but just incase it helps i included that fact. i have been noticing in photos that i have a yellow color around my mouth and my mother told me if she looks close enough in person it is yellowish brown. what is this from.
