What Does Yellowish Discharge From The Lumps Indicate?

I get these weird little bumps in odd places. I wouldn t even call them bumps they are more like little lumps and when I squeeze them white stringy stuff comes out like when you squeeze the top of your nose, normal right, well then comes this yellow looking stuff. Can you tell me what the yellow stuff is?
