What Dosage Of Meftal P Is Prescribed For A Child?

My child is 3yrs and one month old. She had fever around 102. Paracetamol is ineffective. I m giving her meftal p syrup 5ml(100mg) 2 times a day but fever comes again after 6 to 7 hours. Can I repeat meftal p if fever comes again in 6 to 7 hours. Can I please know the exact dosage. She is around 14kgs.
