What Dose Of Azithromycin Should Be Taken For Treatment Of Severe Acne?

heloo...i m facing the problem of acne....i had taken roaccutane for 2 months n finished my accutane course in decemeber 2010.but now m acne has started flaring again.though not that severe.i m going to get married in april 2011.so want to start an antibiotic so that the acne dosent flourish more..have heard abt azithromycin..can u plz sugeest the dosage and if its alright to take an antibiotic at this time.the topicals are not helping me to clear out.help plz/
