What Facilities Are Available In Seattle For A Child With

What facilities are available in Seattle for a child with schizencephaly and can set up a program to follow? She is highly intelligent and has left side impairment. We have had no guidance only an assessment and she does get one day of pt a week. We also have her swimming. Am trying to know what we need to do to assist her. Should we seek a neurologist or does Seattle have specialists? Thank you.
