What Feels Like An Air Bubble Or Trapped Wind But

What feels like an Air bubble or trapped wind but doesn't feel like its in any way near any wind tunnels / channels. Pushed back against my rib cage everytime I swallow food or drink. Causing great discomfort. How do you fix this without needed a needle to pull it out?
