What Fell Out From My Nose After I Sneezed?

I just had my nose cauterized yesterday and today I sneezed and something fell out of my nose, it looks like a scab, grayish in tint. Is this a problem? Do I need to go back to the doctor to get my nose re-cauterized? Or is this actually just a scab and I will be fine??
