What Film Works Best To Determine A Rhomboid Muscle Tear?

What film works best to determine a rhomboid muscle tear? It has been 3 years since I had a traumatic fall, and the right shoulder took alot of the blow to the floor. I have been to 7 or 8 specialists, and not 1 person has found anything wrong. I have severe pain between the shoulder blade and spine on the right side.
I need to find out which films will show rhomboid tears? I have had 3 MRI's of the thorasic spine with no results. Please help, I am so tired of the pain.
