What Foods Are Free From Allergenic Inactive Ingredients?

I have Hashimoto s and have taken various synthetic thyroid harmones for 30 years. I have MANY food allergies that create havoc and I m trying to find a harmone replacement therapy that has no: food coloring, dairy, soy, grains, sugars, etc, and the list is extensive. My pharmacist and doc point the fingers towards each other instead of helping me solve the problem. Please advise if you know of any that is relatively free of allergenic inactive ingredients.
