What Further Evaluations Should I Pursue To Diagnose Potential Fibromyalgia?

Dear Sir/Madam, I have numerous physical ailments which include; restless legs, fatigue, aching neck(rightside) and elbow(rightside), sporadic cramp periodically in feet and groin, stiffness, cold limbs and eye twitch(rightside). Blood tests show no infection, kidneys ok, thyroid ok, neurology consultation ok. I am currently taking anti-depressant and over counter anti-inflammatory and painkillers. Can you advise what further tests or examination to clarify causes? I have been asked if I have Fibromyalgia or similar.
