What Hapenns If You're LDL Cholesterol Suddenly Came Down From

What hapenns if you're LDL cholesterol suddenly came down from 166 down to 79..due to the new injectable Praluent in just two weeks on the 75 mg Alone with NO statins taken ( due to bad side effects to all Statins).. What's gonna happen to all those atherosclerotic deposit I have build up all those years that my LDL was in the near 200 level.. BTW I'm a diagnosed with Familial Hypercholesterolemia, and never responded to all Statins and other Cholesterol medications until PcS6..Praluent..Will those cholesterol deposit instantly dissolve by Praluent..that the LDL is now normal? including all the other Lipids, TG,TC..HDL from 37 increased to 52.. .Blood Test by Quest Fasting..Thanks
