What Happens If Baby Swallows A Long Hair?

What happens if baby (7 months) swallows a long hair? I saw the hair coming out of her bum (a couple inches) after a poop and gave a gentle tug but it didn t come out so I left it. With the next diaper change (just wet) the hair was no longer coming out of her and it was not in her diaper. My hair sits at mid back. This was five days ago and tonight she has been crying in a curled up position and only happy when held. Otherwise she has been her normal self.
