What Is Margellens Disease? I Have Something Small Brown Bugs

What is Margellens disease? I have something small brown bugs that travel in fluid right under skin. It looks kinda like small freckles and if you go to take it out (also has smaller brown freckle looking thing not far from the other freckle lookingthing) if you go to remove it (larger one) it leaves a gapeing hole..then they move in fluid right under skin.. They leave big holes which have lots of little bugs?. They don't really seem to move once their out,but they wiggle back together and seem to be reaching up in air.. The holes get a yellowish scab?..some of them have a red scab which if removed leave hole..I have them all over both arm and a huge hole on the side of my neck by the veins.. When you go to remove the huge black thing (kinda like the granddaddy of them all) they have lots- like hundreds of them (at least in my neck, not so many on arms and a few on legs)they are every where, and if you don't get them off yourself pretty fast they will start to burrow in where ever they land. I'm not crazy, but my husband doesn't believe me even though I have showed him, he thinks it's just the scab, and that I don't have Bugs, but that's what they are. I got them a
