What Is A Deprofose Injection? I Suffer From A Long

What is a deprofose injection? I suffer from a long term pain in my shoulder/back top left, which causes numbness in my arm. I have been told by a physiotherapists that due to stress and anxiety- which I have been experiencing throughout this shoulder pain episode- that I am adopting awkward postures as a result of the stress?

How can I proceed? A doctor has prescribed me the above injection which I am weary of taking.
