What Is A Normal Treatment For A Hip That Has

What is a normal treatment for a hip that has a spur, torn ligaments and torn tendons with arthritis that causes pain from under my behind right straight down into my foot. I have been trying to find someone that can help. I already have chronic pain and this just adds more to what is already wrong with me. Sorry to bother you but the amount I have to have to pay is not in my budget but thank just the same.
