What is an average dose for oxycodone I have chronic pancreatitis, no spleen , half of stomach, from bleeding ulcers.I have been prescribed this medication for hernia pain with a mesh implant.how often does it take to build a tolerance. I have had to take this type of meds for years and am wondering if I am taking to much? 4x30 mg day ,a lot?'
