What Is Anteroseptal Myocardial Ischemia As Shown In My Ecg

What is anteroseptal myocardial ischemia as shown in my ecg result? i inquired from a physician but she told me to disregard the result because she said it is nothing serious. However, i do not feel comfortable with what the physician said considering that my father died from myocardial infraction. Moreover, what should i do as a precaution? Thanks!
