What Is Causing A Reddish Bruise On My Breast?

I've recently been on holiday and went to put my swimming cotume a noticed quite a big bruise that looked like blood had risen to the surface of my breast, have you any idea what could have caused this, i have had breast cancer, but it was in the other breast, thankyou
