What Is Causing Discomfort In My Throat After Swallowing Chicken Piece?

I'm not sure if I swallowed a piece of a chicken bone with my salad at lunch, but I now have a weird feeling, that hurts, where an adam's apple would be, if I were a man. I'm a 57 year old female. Could I have scratched my throat? When I swallow it's ok for a second, but then if feels like something rolls in there....?????
