What Is Causing Itchiness In My Throat And Ears?

hi, for the past month like two - three months have had super itchy ear, Thought it was waxed it work and went away.But, it itsn't now. hAVE NOTICED THAT MY THORAT ITS A BITCH ITCHY AND FELL LIKE I AM ABT TO GET SICK OR SOMETHING BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS NOT SURE WAT TO TRY.cuz lately have noticed when my ear itchy is when am asleep....and feel my throat a bit itchy like i have something there..
