What Is Causing My Abdominal Swelling?

I'am 38 years oldhaving 14years child,I've myoma of uterus of 17 mm identified in january this year,and underwent tratment for seven months but not relieved from symptoms,hence changed the doctor.The second doctor diagnised my problem as chocolate cyst in right ovary24mm,so underwent treatment for 3 months with novelon drug.In the latest checkup along with cyst pelvic adhesions also identified.my second doctor suggested laporoscopic surgery for cyst,recently I'm developed with abdominal swelling.please suggest whether the symptoms are due to myoma or cyst.is the surgery necessary.
