What Is Causing My Delayed Menstruation And Weight Loss?

i was hospitalized for more then a month from May to June, I was diagnosed with GBS, I have also become very weak lost about 13 kgs of weight, I last had my periods in May, it is 4 months and there is no sign of periods, could it be because of weakness or something else. Please advice.
