What Is Causing My Headache And Difference In Hearing?

i accidentally bumped my head . its been a month sins i had this accident but i still feel that my left ear hears differently from my right and the left side of my face feels different from the right side of my face also at the first 2 weeks i was suffering from headeaches every day but now i have them once a week or so. so can i please know what im suffering from and should i visit the doctor? thank you
