What Is Causing My Headache And Stomach Upset?

Hi. I Have 4 Little Cyst. And For Some Reason I Just Started Feeling Sick To My Stomach And Having A Server Headache,So I Layed On My Couch And For Some Reason My Body Froze,Like I Couldn't Swallow Or Talk Or Anything, Then All Of A Sudden My Body Just Jumped. Can You Please Tell Me Whats Going On?
