What Is Causing My Irregular Menstruation In Spite Of Using Same C Pill Since Long?

I have been on the same birth control for a year now and last month my period came a week early and lasted two weeks. Then this month, not even a week after my period stopped it came three weeks early and still hasn't stopped even though I am regularly taking the pill. Why???!!
