What Is Causing My Light Headedness And Headache With Sinus Pressure?

Hi, I started feeling very sleepy about a month ago for about a week. I then felt like I was car sick for a week with some sinus pressure/tingling. The motion sickness feeling is gone but I now have post nasal drip, occasional sinus pressure and a mild light headed feeling with slight body aches.
I have had severe sinus issues in the past(usually in the fall) or no none at all(varies from year to year), but this time it's a little different.
I'm a 38 year old male living in central CA.
